Delivery

Outnumbered from day one is printed on demand, which means each copy is produced specifically for your order rather than held in stock. This keeps waste down, but it does mean orders take a little longer to reach you than an off-the-shelf book would.

Dispatch times

Once you place an order, your book is sent to print. Printing and dispatch usually takes 2–5 working days. You'll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed, and a further notification once it has been dispatched.

Delivery times and costs

We deliver across the UK. Once dispatched, delivery typically takes a further 2–4 working days via Royal Mail.

Delivery costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and shown to you in full before you pay. 

As a rough guide, you should expect your order to arrive within 7–10 working days of placing it, though it often arrives sooner.

Digital items

Digital items, such as the downloadable daily tracker, are delivered instantly by email and do not incur any shipping charge. The download link arrives in your inbox as soon as your order is confirmed.

Delays

All delivery times are estimates. We're not able to guarantee delivery dates, and we can't be held responsible for delays caused by the carrier or by circumstances outside our control. If your order hasn't arrived within 14 working days, please contact us and we'll look into it for you.
