I have twin girls, born in 2022. When I found out I was having twins, I went looking for a book that would actually help - UK-specific, honest, and written by someone who understood that a twin pregnancy and the first 18 months of twin parenting are a completely different proposition. I couldn’t find it. So I wrote it.

Everything in this book comes from the hours of research I did, the things I had to find out for myself, and the experience of living it every day. It’s what I needed when I was starting out.

What's the difference between the Daily Tracker, Feeding Log and Sleep Log?
