Refund policy

As each copy of Outnumbered from day one is printed on demand, we are unfortunately unable to offer refunds where the customer has changed their mind.

We do however have a 14-day replacement policy, which means if your purchase arrives damaged, defective, or incorrectly packaged, you have 14 days to notify us and we can arrange a replacement for you.

To be eligible for a replacement, you must be able to provide evidence of the damaged item upon request. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Digital items, such as the downloadable daily tracker, are non-refundable and non-replacable.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
